• Place donated items in a secure, accessible location (typically your porch or front door area) on the scheduled pickup date
• Ensure all donated items are clean, in good condition, and properly bagged or boxed
• Not include prohibited items such as hazardous materials, perishable food, or items that cannot be safely transported
• Be available to answer questions or provide access if our pickup team needs assistance

4. Pickup Scheduling and Cancellation

You may schedule a pickup through our website or scheduling system. All pickup requests must be approved by Porch Pickup before they are confirmed. You will receive an initial confirmation email when you submit your request, and a second confirmation once your requested date and time is approved.

You may reschedule or cancel your pickup by using the links provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid any potential fees.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for donation:

Porch Pickup reserves the right to refuse pickup of any items that do not meet our quality standards or pose a safety risk.
